About Me

I am Marilyn, a former athlete turned yoga teacher

My first love was tennis and I started to compete at a very young age. Throughout the years, I became a well rounded athlete but it wasn’t until I dislocated my knee that I came across yoga.

What began as a physical practice, turned into a lifestyle that provided healing for my mind and body after being unable to walk.
